All Walk Through Packages Are 4K video 2-minute minimum length.
All payments are due at the time of the shoot. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards Paypal and Zelle bank transfers. A $4.95 processing fee will apply to all card transactions. Our returned check fee is $35. All images will be delivered electronically via emailed download links usually within 24 hours unless another predetermined date and time are set. For example, if you want the imaging done on a Monday but aren't listing until Thursday we would deliver no later than Wednesday. All sales are final. We have a no refund policy. If you need to cancel please give 24-hour notice or we will charge a $25 cancellation fee. We watch the sky and the radar too. If the weather prohibits the shoot we will reschedule. We measure our mileage from the center of DFW airport. Anything we shoot outside of a 25-mile radius from DFW Airport a mileage fee will be added.
Although there are some Real Estate photography standards/requirements, this is still a business of creative and artistic license. We do not reshoot anything based on a subjective or creative difference of opinion. If a reshoot is required for a technical reason we will reshoot it for free. If there is a subjective issue we will charge $25 per room or exterior angle to reshoot. Our time is just as valuable as yours and your clients. This is a business and we do charge for our time just like any other professional service.
